This weekend is kind of long weekend here, just because the Monday is SieMingJie Holiday (Cing Bing), we planned to go outside the Shanghai.

I'm back!!

anyways, so much much to tell!!

hmm... first thing, my first hip hop dance show!! haha..
collaborating with Blaze, one of the Hip Hop Dancers Team at a sweet 17th party last Saturday
haha.. why i'm in??
because the dance's theme is TANGO! and they asked me whether i would like to try the hiphop either..

I helped them with the tango, thanks also to one of my dancesport fellows to help the Blaze guys with liftings (lifting = pose angkat-angkat di dansa); which apparently very strange to them

pertama2, aneh poll kalo liat dancer hiphop pindah aliran ke dansa lol
they barely can touch the girls (hayo ga blh pikiran negatif lo ya), i mean dance should be together right? you can't dance a ballroom dance if you didn't hold each other's hand (I think this what makes the image of latin and ballroom dance is not so good here)
ya but be professional, they learned fast, even they learnt tango accent! (tau kan, ciri khasnya tango, the shaking head! lol)

hmm... the show wasn't as good as expected as the X factor is always there on the venue, but overall, we're satisfied!
we even get some ppl would like to join Blaze and offer for next event =)

It's my last day in the office *sigh*
Sedih pisah sama arek2... Mungkin karena kita ngumpul terus tiap hari.. And also sharing the same situation every single day..
I'll miss those times of chit chatting, manicure times, ngemil times, meeting times, even crying times (yes, it's true! we cried at work!)

At my last day, our manager treated us in Bakso Kota, a waroeng at Gresik
Eating outside the office is a luxury thing for us, a rare thing to do~ haha...
thank you Manager!!

And at the adieu time, i didn't say goodbye for everyone, as i think i'm gonna cry when i'm doing those (so sappy, isn't it?)

And when I'm walking towards outside, whoa I feel that the time flies really2 fast!
It felt like just recently my Manager interviewed me, and I entered my first day, being introduced to everyone in the office, learning from zip to now.. 5 months is worth it, full of experience and learning =)

Happy Christmas to everyone who celebrate!!!

This is the best day of the year!! hahaha.. I always loooove Christmas sooo much!!!

Spent the day with going to church on (almost) midnight in St. Yakobus chuch, and accidentally meet some friends there =)

The church was awesome!!! Actually that was my first mass in St. Yakobus church, and I was astonished by the church's interior
Plus.. the decoration outside was amazing, lamps everywhere, my sister said that she felt like Cinderella coming down from the ball.. lol

On Christmas days, our family were preparing Christmas dinner, each of our own!!
So each person had task to make their own cuisine

I preferred... cupcakes as desert
hahaha..

Long time since the last time I bake them, about half a year ago?

and the first time I succed a chocolate batter, so the cupcakes has 2 flavour ~ vanilla and chocolate

A great movie, but nevertheless, like any novel-adopted movie, it's kinda disappointing to see the realization of the book

Spent the night with Richard, and Erlin's sis and bro, we're watching an almost midnight show. Unlike other day, MaPa allowed me to go. Maybe coz Erlin's bro was driving us. lol

Coming home at almost midnight.

Well, in short, the movie has great fantasy story, beautiful actress and actors, and good storyline. Worth seeing.

Hello, Chicago.

If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible, who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time, who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer.

It's the answer told by lines that stretched around schools and churches in numbers this nation has never seen, by people who waited three hours and four hours, many for the first time in their lives, because they believed that this time must be different, that their voices could be that difference.

It's the answer spoken by young and old, rich and poor, Democrat and Republican, black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, gay, straight, disabled and not disabled. Americans who sent a message to the world that we have never been just a collection of individuals or a collection of red states and blue states.

We are, and always will be, the United States of America.

It's the answer that led those who've been told for so long by so many to be cynical and fearful and doubtful about what we can achieve to put their hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope of a better day.

It's been a long time coming, but tonight, because of what we did on this date in this election at this defining moment change has come to America.

A little bit earlier this evening, I received an extraordinarily gracious call from Sen. McCain. I congratulate him; I congratulate Gov. Palin for all that they've achieved. And I look forward to working with them to renew this nation's promise in the months ahead.

I want to thank my partner in this journey, a man who campaigned from his heart, and spoke for the men and women he grew up with on the streets of Scranton and rode with on the train home to Delaware, the vice president-elect of the United States, Joe Biden.

You did it because you understand the enormity of the task that lies ahead. For even as we celebrate tonight, we know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest of our lifetime -- two wars, a planet in peril, the worst financial crisis in a century.

Even as we stand here tonight, we know there are brave Americans waking up in the deserts of Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan to risk their lives for us.

There are mothers and fathers who will lie awake after the children fall asleep and wonder how they'll make the mortgage or pay their doctors' bills or save enough for their child's college education.

There's new energy to harness, new jobs to be created, new schools to build, and threats to meet, alliances to repair.

The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep. We may not get there in one year or even in one term. But, America, I have never been more hopeful than I am tonight that we will get there.

I promise you, we as a people will get there.

There will be setbacks and false starts. There are many who won't agree with every decision or policy I make as president. And we know the government can't solve every problem.

But I will always be honest with you about the challenges we face. I will listen to you, especially when we disagree. And, above all, I will ask you to join in the work of remaking this nation, the only way it's been done in America for 221 years -- block by block, brick by brick, calloused hand by calloused hand.

What began 21 months ago in the depths of winter cannot end on this autumn night.

This victory alone is not the change we seek. It is only the chance for us to make that change. And that cannot happen if we go back to the way things were.

It can't happen without you, without a new spirit of service, a new spirit of sacrifice.

So let us summon a new spirit of patriotism, of responsibility, where each of us resolves to pitch in and work harder and look after not only ourselves but each other.

Let us remember that, if this financial crisis taught us anything, it's that we cannot have a thriving Wall Street while Main Street suffers.

In this country, we rise or fall as one nation, as one people. Let's resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.

Let's remember that it was a man from this state who first carried the banner of the Republican Party to the White House, a party founded on the values of self-reliance and individual liberty and national unity.

Those are values that we all share. And while the Democratic Party has won a great victory tonight, we do so with a measure of humility and determination to heal the divides that have held back our progress.

As Lincoln said to a nation far more divided than ours, we are not enemies but friends. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection.

And to those Americans whose support I have yet to earn, I may not have won your vote tonight, but I hear your voices. I need your help. And I will be your president, too.

And to all those watching tonight from beyond our shores, from parliaments and palaces, to those who are huddled around radios in the forgotten corners of the world, our stories are singular, but our destiny is shared, and a new dawn of American leadership is at hand.

And to all those who have wondered if America's beacon still burns as bright: Tonight we proved once more that the true strength of our nation comes not from the might of our arms or the scale of our wealth, but from the enduring power of our ideals: democracy, liberty, opportunity and unyielding hope.

This election had many firsts and many stories that will be told for generations. But one that's on my mind tonight's about a woman who cast her ballot in Atlanta. She's a lot like the millions of others who stood in line to make their voice heard in this election except for one thing: Ann Nixon Cooper is 106 years old.

She was born just a generation past slavery; a time when there were no cars on the road or planes in the sky; when someone like her couldn't vote for two reasons -- because she was a woman and because of the color of her skin.

And tonight, I think about all that she's seen throughout her century in America -- the heartache and the hope; the struggle and the progress; the times we were told that we can't, and the people who pressed on with that American creed: Yes we can.

At a time when women's voices were silenced and their hopes dismissed, she lived to see them stand up and speak out and reach for the ballot. Yes we can.

When there was despair in the dust bowl and depression across the land, she saw a nation conquer fear itself with a New Deal, new jobs, a new sense of common purpose. Yes we can.

When the bombs fell on our harbor and tyranny threatened the world, she was there to witness a generation rise to greatness and a democracy was saved. Yes we can.

She was there for the buses in Montgomery, the hoses in Birmingham, a bridge in Selma, and a preacher from Atlanta who told a people that "We Shall Overcome." Yes we can.

A man touched down on the moon, a wall came down in Berlin, a world was connected by our own science and imagination.

And this year, in this election, she touched her finger to a screen, and cast her vote, because after 106 years in America, through the best of times and the darkest of hours, she knows how America can change.

Yes we can.

America, we have come so far. We have seen so much. But there is so much more to do. So tonight, let us ask ourselves -- if our children should live to see the next century; if my daughters should be so lucky to live as long as Ann Nixon Cooper, what change will they see? What progress will we have made?

This is our chance to answer that call. This is our moment.

oya, first of all, let's have the same perception ;p
ballroom dancing were divided into 2 major sections, standard and latin
both are dances with couples, normally it's male and female

standard, is the kind of dance with graceful movement
do you notify the kind of dance that used to be in palace's party or masquerade?
it's called standard dance
just like this..

latin dance, on the other hand, has different style to standard dance
it's signature style is sexy, fun, naughty, and entertaining
just like these..

the competition was started with opening ceremony
competitors were divided depends on their provenience

Jakarta, West Java, Middle Java, East Java, Bali, and NTB

this is kind of informal ceremony, as usual the competitors have got to sing Indonesia Raya and listening to the head of IODI's speech

got numero uno in Medal Test Latin event and a semifinalist in Novice Latin event of Semarang Open Championship 2008!! =) yayness... am happy with the result =^.^=

there are a few times that I've decided to quit dancing
sometimes it's because of choices, condition, situation, and etc
but always, I always back to dancing

I always comes back to dance

so I think I loved it more than I know and I will keep doing this while I could =)

but I just know that dance makes me happy =)

Congrats to both my lovely sisters Erlin and Novi who celebrated their graduation today =)

wakes up at 4 am to catch the registration time

but, enjoying it
meeting up with some peoples, feel the spirit of groups that i haven't feel since in high school

anyway, the peak of the event was the modern dance competition
it's the high pride for each company if they managed to win the title
there are 9 companies competed, each got 1 modern dance group that represent them
and, PT Indospring managed to get to BIG 3

2 of my export sales mates were in the modern dance group
they *rock* the show!
also, some extra support from PT Indospring guys, they made their own "tim yel yel"
they made and wore some crazy costumes, and walked along the aisle before the team entered the stage

that's true!
becomes bigger, means, you'll experiance an "open" world, where a lot of things happened differently everyday, dealing with lots peoples, which the good and bad things can be appeared anytime, anywhere.
becomes smaller, means, less time for friends and family, as you'll spent at least 8 hours of your waking hours at your job place.

well, i love the "bigger" factor, but i don't want to get the impact of the "smaller" factor. so, i'm looking forward to any available times to spend with family and friends =)

it's about Chinese History: Zhu Ge Liang and Zao Zao
well, if you like serious, historical movie, you should see this
but, me myself wouldn't enjoy it ;p

next, went with Dian to Sutos to see

and we're both agreed that it was a super duper cool movie!!
angelina jolie looks so sexy and cool!
love the storyline, the casts, and the effect!!

everyda this week, i had training in First State company
it's all about index, forex, loco ~
all spinning in my head

well, i'm not in the economic background
so, i'm not used to see those much numbers in the monitor ;p

but all of that was new knowledge
and finally... the training is over!! whoohooo... test was done! and...

My new job ~ next Monday as a Management Trainee @ First State
Work hour 9-5 every monday til friday

ever heard about anne leibovitz?
she's one of those famous photographers out there
celebrating Disneyworld's 40th anniversary, she collaborated with disney to make some stunning photographs

i'll call it

some famous peoples posed as our favorite disney character!

and yesterday, he drove my honda jazz

i had a great time during a week in singapore

as promised, tell you the stories =)

the main purpose is to accompany family for check up
and ++ another purposes that i mentioned before ;p

bad thing, i didn't make it to go ice skating this time
many things that we plan to do, and the laziness of travelling to jurong made the trip cancelled
still, not made me dissapointed ~ cheriooo

day 1

to mount elizabeth for half day and then directly to orchad road
orchard road was a shopping heaven of singapore, should mention that

highlight of the day was hainamese chicken rice in lucky plaza
our family's favorite

soooo yummy

the roasted chicken skin ~ i want i want!!!

after that accompany petty to funan for computer equipment

it's a all digital mall ~ like hitech mall in surabaya

day 2
mum wants to see OG in orchard road
so me and petty accompany her

lunch at mushroom pot

nice tasty soup used for the suki

on the afternoon, met peggy as she was back from aussie
and the shopping cardio was started!! lol
four of us made a great team of shopping ;p

snack of that day

love the taste!

day 3
time for everyone to go home
but no, i stayed =)

accompanied them to the airport, and met feby there

feb is my jr. high friend whom stayed there for 4 years already
i stayed at her new apartment for the rest of 4 days
meanwhile, i must waited for 3 hours in changi airport alone

it's okay, i had fun dated myself =)
terminal 3, here i go!!

explore the new terminal of changi, it was super big and super minimalist
after browsed around, sat at top level and read magazines for wasting time
cynthia joined me before feb was came
she decided to had her dinner at changi's popeyes

day 4

Met paing soe at takashimaya orchard road
he is my friend from ICU japan ~ haha already mentioned before ;p
his hair grew so long
almost didn't recognise him when i saw him at taka

introduced,

we decided to go to the beach as he love the beach so much
so, off to sentosa

SILOSO beach

hot and sunny

no, we didn't play anything
just relaxed around at beach, had ice cream, and some chit chats
all afternoon

as we always went home at night
we decided to start afternoon at that day

and... the main activity is looking for a new matress and bedframe for feb's new apartment
went to city hall for browse around

jump from one store to another but we didn't found what we were looking for

met feb's friend at cityhall for having dinner together

day 6
my last day at singapore
time went soo fast!!!

salyna, my high school friend joined us today =)
the journey was...
orchard road ~ people's park ~ chinatown ~ queenstown IKEA ~ plaza singapura ~ dhoby ghaut x-tension

singapore sure had a lot of place to go to!

rest place, a depot at chinatown, where we had refreshments

i chose

blueberry mango ice cream

they chose

mango pudding

and all of that, accompanied by bee cheng hiang =)

soooo chinatown feeling =) lol

continued to IKEA

found a matress and frame with reasonable price here, affordable indeed

dinner together with tina, my junior high school friend

The Hottie and The Nottie
if you love Paris Hilton, this is her finest movie, according to me
because she showed some actings here
well, not differ to national lampoon, she always play as the hot blond babe
chick movie, entertaining, light story =)
my type of movie ;p

The Other Boleyn Girl
nice setting of 16th century
beautiful actresses and handsome actor
great storyline, about the last King Henry of England and her love affairs
but had some difficulties in the english listening
*difficult english ~ the british one*

also, in the Sunday, Ce Thresia's Wedding Party
well, can't believe she's married!!
seems like recenly we just hang around at TP together and gossiping about guys
lol ~ *girl stuff*

she seems really happy
well, in fact she always looked happy, she has a bright face =)
but as always, she can't be calm down in a wedding party

as she always be the project crew of an event organizer ;p lol

she promised to teach me a dance
solo dance ~ and choreographed to my favorite song =)
what a nice offer! and i would really love to do that!

so, today she fulfilled her promised
to It's All Coming Back to Me Now by Celine Dion, I danced
for the next school's performance

i ♥ ♥ ♥ the choreo very much!
but i need to add more flexibility, durability, and extention to the body control
practice, practice...
